Facebook Lead Ads data retrieved via our platform
WhatsApp Business integration data (if applicable)
Any stored personal or business-related information linked to your account
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email from your registered email address to:

Please include:
Your full name
The email address used to log in
Your Facebook User ID (if available)
Your connected Facebook Page name(s)
Option 2: Facebook App Data Deletion Callback
You may also initiate deletion via Facebook’s Data Deletion Request mechanism.
When a deletion request is received from Meta:
We will acknowledge the request automatically
Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
A confirmation will be sent within the required timeframe
4. Deletion Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
Backup systems may retain limited data for up to 30 days for compliance and security purposes
After deletion, data cannot be recovered
5. What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
Your account will be permanently removed
All Facebook and WhatsApp integrations will be disconnected
You will need to re-authorize access if you wish to use the platform again
6. Legal & Compliance Exceptions
We may retain certain information if required to:

Resolve disputes
